Design: Lava has designed its Iris 540Q in a quite good manner. The back of Iris 540Q has rubberized finishing which gives better gripping. 5 inch display gives a good browsing and gaming experience. Its dimesions are 143.5×76.8×9.6 mm and it weighs 140 gms.

Gesture Control: Gesture control is a new feature Lava has indulged in its Iris 540Q. Although its little bit difficult to use but accurate enough if you manage to use this feature.

Performance: Lava Iris 540Q runs on Android 4.2 operating system and has 1.2 GHz Quad Code processor at back-end. Just like its competitors, Lava Iris 540Q also comes along with 1 GB RAM. Overall performance of Iris 540Q is quite smooth (what we felt). We played Temple Run, Dead Trigger and few other games and were smooth enough except a few.

Camera: Camera of Lava Iris 540Q is just average. Although the rear camera is 8 MP but we did not satisfy with the quality specially in night with low light and with bright lightening. Images taken by it at day light can satisfy you to a certain level. 2 MP front camera also could not make us happy.

In this price I will prefer Micromax models.

  2. The phone is looking damn nice but the brand name is LAVA which always confused me.

  3. LAVA ka ye smartphone to sahi lag raha hai par pata nahi iski life kitni hogi?? Kitne din chalega.

  4. Quad Code Processor with 4 GB internal storage and 5 inch display.. and everything in budget. Its really great.

  5. Looks like an awesome smartphone in budget price. Screen is big and other features seems to be great.
