Yet again Samsung returns with its new attractive and upgraded version of NX series. Samsung NX series has faced a tough competition with other compact system camera like Panasonic G, Sony NEX and Olympus PEN ranges. Samsung put in very hard effort in improvising the NX series; eventually the hard effort has paid off with the highly innovative model of NX version named NX300 Samsung NX300 is much more ahead than its predecessors with 20.3-megapixel APS-C sensor, fast hybrid autofocus system and high quality lenses. This camera is very much akin with DSLR. So, it can help out to quench the thirst of DSLR.

Design

Samsung NX300 has a glance of its predecessor. But still it looks very attractive due to its brushed metal top plate and leather texture with a retro chic in front of the camera which makes it very appreciative. The most important feature of the camera which attracts every eye around it is its 3.3inch AMOLED screen. The camera measures 4.8W x 2.5H x 1.6D inches. It weighs over 0.7 pounds. It is easy handling.

Display

This camera lacks a viewfinder but 3.3inch AMOLED screen electronic view finder fulfils its absence. The screen is hinged out, which helps to move the screen up and down as required. It makes easier to capture moment from frog eye view to bird eye view without any difficulty. NX300 provided with a new feature of touch screen display with C-type touch control enabled which makes it look classier.  One more attractive function is the ability to focus on the main subject by simply touching the screen. Samsung NX300 cover 100% of Field of View.

Lens performance

Samsung NX300 has a variety to choose lenses. 18-55mm is a kit lens which goes very easy with camera and gives a good result in photography. It is the first camera which 45mm f/1 2D/3D lens

Controls

Samsung NX300 has a very easy control system which is very comfortable to navigate. The controls present on top of the camera are the on/off switch, a mode dial, a zoom dial and a shortcut direct link button to access Wi-Fi connectivity.

Battery information

Samsung NX300 is provided with a rechargeable battery BP1130 (1130mAh). It gives a battery backup of 160mins or in other words it gives 320 shots.
